Fused glass is an ancient art form. My pieces are a result of the merging of shapes and colours, the interplay of light and shadow and the use of extreme temperatures within the kiln. Each piece is a labour of love, taking days of inspiration and work, I personally design and fabricate every item, with the emphasis being on individuality rather than mass production.

I am involved in the Art Trek Open Studios from Thursday June 19th – Sunday June 22nd 2008. This is part of the North Devon Festival running throughout June. There will be five of us based at 14 The Gallery, Great Torrington. I look forward to meeting you and will be happy to talk about the techniques and processes used to make my fused & flameworked glass.
